Who we are

One partner between you and your suppliers.

Founded in 2025 and based in Monmouth Junction, New Jersey, we close the gap between finding a supplier and actually receiving the goods. That gap is where most international purchases lose their margin.

We take commercial and operational responsibility for that stretch: supplier qualification, written specification, export documentation and freight coordination, under one relationship.

How we operate

  • We source to your specification — we do not sell from a fixed catalogue.
  • One contact owns your enquiry from brief through to final delivery.
  • Suppliers are qualified against a written framework before we recommend them.
  • Quotations state the Incoterm and what it includes, so landed cost is visible.

What we do

Six capabilities that move goods from origin to your dock.

Take one of them or hand us the whole programme. Most clients start with a single shipment and expand from there.

  • Export Sales

Cross-border sales managed from first negotiation through to customs clearance at destination.

    • Buyer and market qualification
    • Incoterms and pricing structures
    • Contract and payment terms
  • Wholesale Procurement

Consolidated bulk buying across a vetted supplier base, built around your specification, volume and delivery window.

    • Volume-tiered commercial terms
    • Multi-supplier consolidation
    • Repeat and scheduled ordering
  • Global Sourcing

Supplier discovery and qualification in the origin markets that best match your cost, quality and lead-time targets.

    • Origin market analysis
    • Supplier audit and shortlisting
    • Sample and specification control
  • Export Documentation

Complete trade paperwork prepared and checked before dispatch, so consignments clear both borders without delay.

    • Commercial invoice and packing list
    • Certificates of origin
    • Bills of lading and air waybills
  • Global Logistics

Freight planning and coordination across ocean, air and inland modes, with milestone reporting throughout.

    • FCL, LCL and air freight
    • Consolidation and warehousing
    • Door-to-door coordination
  • Supply Chain Management

Programme management for buyers who need dependable, repeatable supply rather than one-off shipments.

    • Demand and replenishment planning
    • Supplier performance review
    • Risk and contingency mapping

Why buyers choose us

What separates a good quote from a good delivery.

Finding a supplier is the straightforward part. Landing the goods on time, complete and at the price you were quoted is where the work sits.

  • One accountable partner

One contact owns your enquiry from first brief to final delivery, with no hand-offs between disconnected agents along the way.

  • Suppliers we have qualified

We work with manufacturers and wholesalers we have assessed on capacity, compliance history and consistency of delivery.

  • Documentation prepared correctly

Trade paperwork is checked against the destination requirement before goods move. Correct documents are the cheapest insurance against demurrage there is.

  • Transparent landed cost

Quotations state the Incoterm and exactly what it covers, so you are comparing delivered cost rather than a unit price that moves on arrival.

  • Verification before dispatch

Specification, quantity, labelling and packing are confirmed at origin, where a correction still costs a fraction of what it does at the port.

  • Communication across time zones

Enquiries are acknowledged within one business day, and updates reach you at each milestone without being asked for.

Industries we serve

Different sectors, the same requirement.

We work business-to-business across the sectors below. The requirement rarely changes: the right specification, at a defensible landed cost, arriving when promised.

  • Retail & Store Chains

Multi-location retailers consolidating supply and improving margin through direct-from-origin buying.

  • Wholesale & Distribution

Distributors who need dependable replenishment volumes at commercially competitive landed cost.

  • Manufacturing & Industrial

Producers securing input materials, components and consumables against a defined technical specification.

  • Construction & Infrastructure

Contractors and project buyers procuring to schedule, where a delayed shipment delays a whole programme.

  • Hospitality & Facilities

Groups and facility operators standardising supply across sites without managing dozens of vendors.

  • Healthcare & Institutional

Institutional buyers with strict documentation, traceability and approved-supplier requirements.

  • E-commerce & Consumer Brands

Brands scaling from trial quantities to container volumes without rebuilding their supply base.

  • Trading & Import Houses

Import partners who need an origin-side counterpart with genuine execution capability.

A note on what we supply: We hold no fixed catalogue and sell nothing from stock. We source against the specification, volume and destination you provide, and we will say so when a requirement falls outside what we can deliver well.

Global presence

Six regions. One operating standard.

We operate across the corridors below, sourcing at origin and selling into destination markets, with the same documentation discipline in every one.

Regions, not offices. Dune Gateway Export LLC operates from a single United States base. The regions listed are the trade corridors we actively source from and ship into, supported by qualified partners on the ground.

How we work

Five stages, and you always know which one you are in.

A defined process is what turns a delivery date into something you can plan around.

  1. Step 01

    Requirement brief

We capture your specification, volume, destination and delivery window.

  2. Step 02

    Sourcing & qualification

We shortlist suppliers at origin that meet your cost and quality targets.

  3. Step 03

    Quotation & terms

You receive written pricing against a stated Incoterm, with lead time.

  4. Step 04

    Verification & documentation

We verify the consignment at origin and prepare the full export file.

  5. Step 05

    Freight & delivery

We book the shipment and report at every milestone through to clearance.

Sourcing channels

We buy through the channels that never quote you directly.

Distributor and wholesale tiers on these platforms are not published to direct buyers. We hold the trade accounts, purchase at those tiers, and the difference reaches you rather than stopping with a middleman.

Client feedback

What buyers say once the first shipment lands.

A trade partner is judged on the shipment that went wrong, not the one that went smoothly.

  • The difference was the documentation. Our previous consignments were held twice at destination for paperwork corrections. Since moving the programme across, the file has been complete before the vessel sailed every time.

    Richard OlsenHead of ProcurementRotterdam, Netherlands
  • We were quoted a unit price by three suppliers and a landed cost by one. That was the quotation we could actually take to our board, and it is the reason the relationship continued past the first order.

Daniel UsmanSupply Chain DirectorDubai, United Arab Emirates
  • One contact, who answers, in our time zone window. After two years of coordinating four intermediaries ourselves, that alone justified the change.
