01 02 Availability check
We confirm current availability and pricing at the volume you have asked for, and flag anything that is constrained or restricted.
03 Sourcing proposal
You receive a costed proposal against a stated Incoterm, covering unit cost, consolidation, freight and the realistic delivery window.
04 Procurement and dispatch
On your approval we purchase, consolidate and verify the goods at origin, then coordinate freight through to your destination.

Availability moves
Marketplace pricing and stock change daily. Proposals carry a stated validity period, and we re-confirm before any purchase is made.
Restricted categories
Some categories cannot be exported to some destinations. We check this before quoting, and tell you early when the answer is no.
Documentation included
Commercial invoice, packing list and the certificates your destination requires are prepared as part of the procurement, not bolted on afterwards.
Buying regularly? A one-off request needs nothing but the form below. If this is a recurring requirement, opening a wholesale account gets you volume-tiered pricing and a named contact. Every proposal is issued under our Purchase Order Terms & Conditions.

An incomplete list is still worth sending. Most requests arrive with the quantities firm and the specification half-formed, and shaping it is part of the work.
Helpful to include
- A listing link, ASIN or brand and model for each line item
- Quantity per line, not just a total order value
- Which items are essential and which are nice to have
- Whether the delivery date is firm or indicative
- Any certification or labelling your market requires
